Women focus on the here-and-now a lot more than we do. Someone defined the future as a place the place men spend most of his or her’s time. You and I actually both know that’s not accurately true. But it becomes truer in comparison to the differences around men and women.
Therefore, while we men become more interested in the “report” in what has happened and where we are going, gals are more interested on building “rapport” right now (1).
